Programs - Children
Growing In Faith Together is our Sunday morning children’s program, offered at the 9:30 service. Children aged 3+ gather as a large group in the Youth Room for a song, talk, and prayer, and then move into age-based groups with leaders to explore the Bible story together through games, crafts, and science. They return to the church to receive communion. Our programs are based on VBS programs which are adapted to fit the Church year by a team of adult leaders.
Grannies’ Place provides child care for infants and toddlers up to age 3 on a Sunday morning during the 9.30am service.
Faith & Fun Club
The Faith and Fun Club is a program which offers an opportunity to build connections to friends and faith so they can better face the challenges of being a tween. We meet on Friday evenings for a variety of activities.
Fun In The Sun
Every August we run an exciting two-week summer camp for children aged 3+. Our program runs in the mornings from 9am until 12 and includes crafts, music, drama and games. There is also a leadership training component for this program open to High School students.

This performing arts program for children aged 6-12 years old grew out of a partnership between the Director of Music and the Director of CYYAFM. Meeting every Monday during the school year from 4:30pm-6pm, the group learns music, dance, drama, plays games and enjoys some movie and snack time together. The group prepares for three services / performances a year: the Christmas Pageant (fourth Sunday of Advent), an Easter Performance (Palm Sunday) and an end of school year service (end of June).
Kids Club / Tween Club
Kids Club (ages 5-10) and Tween Club (ages 10-14) are free after school programs which run as part of our Tuesday Open Doors’ program. They offer children and tweens a safe and creative space for crafts, games, movies and snacks.
Holy Day Programs
Children are permitted to be absent from school for the observance of All Saints and Ash Wednesday; we run a full children's education and activity program on these days.
This program is offered in partnership with Halton Public Health and also partnered with the Burlington Public Library in providing a parented program focused around school readiness and physical literacy. Parents with tots can drop-in at no charge every Wednesday from 10:00am-11:30am for free play, circle time, stories, and snack.
Respite is a monthly program for children with special needs and their siblings. Caregivers are provided an opportunity for an evening off to relax, reconnect, or check something off the ‘to do’ list while their children enjoy a fun-filled night out among friends!
